By downloading or using AntiRusty, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

AntiRusty is a personal English-learning tool. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful, personal language-learning purposes
• Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app
• Not attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Subscriptions & Payments

AntiRusty offers a free plan and Pro subscriptions (monthly / yearly). Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and governed by their respective terms. All purchases are final — refunds are handled through the platform (Apple/Google) according to their policies.

A Pro subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in your platform's subscription settings.

4. AI-Generated Content

AntiRusty uses AI (DeepSeek) to generate example sentences and articles. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We do not guarantee the correctness of generated content. Always verify important language usage with authoritative sources.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AntiRusty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific language-learning outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and consistency.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Delete Account page.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification.
